苹果炖排骨
北方冬季的水果当属苹果最多,
山东亦是盛产苹果的地方,
过去每到冬季都会屯一批苹果,
屯下的苹果可以吃到来年开春,
每次都是挑选出烂苹果吃掉,
那都是旧话了;
现今水果种类繁多,购买方便,
虽不必像过去一样大批屯苹果,
但也会买一些用着方便,
用苹果炖排骨也是偶然所为,
苹果吸收了肉味,排骨吸收了甜味,
相互弥补,相得益彰

  • 6克
  • 红烧酱油20毫升
  • 植物油15毫升
  • 百里香一枝
  • 香叶一片
  • 冰糖5克
  • 清水600毫升

Steps to make 苹果炖排骨

  • 1.准备所有的材料,排骨先用清水浸泡,泡出血水洗净
  • 2.苹果洗净去皮去核,切块,红葱头去掉外皮洗净;
  • 3.起锅烧水,水沸后放入排骨煮出浮沫,捞出略做冲洗待用
  • 4.接通自动锅电源,启用手动模式,放入植物油,油热后放入苹果、红葱头,苹果煎至2面上色
  • 5.苹果煎至上色后,关掉电源,放入排骨、调料、香料,加入3杯清水600毫升
  • 6.盖好锅盖,接通电源,启用“收汁.无锡排骨”功能,默认时间是45分钟;
  • 7.烹饪结束后,自动转为收汁功能,要根据自己的需要确定收汁到何种程度,可随时关掉电源
  • 8.关机后,盛出装盘即可,多留一点汤汁吃米饭
