  • 鸡肉半只
  • 麻辣鱼调料1袋
  • 干茶水菇30克
  • 冬瓜50克
  • 杏鲍菇1个
  • 干腐竹30克
  • 火锅丸子400克
  • 植物油1勺
  • 老姜1块
  • 大蒜6掰
  • 小葱3颗
  • 大葱1颗
  • 生抽1勺

Steps to make 柠檬香辣鸡火锅

  • 1.准备好食材,鸡肉斩块洗净,再备好麻辣鱼调料
  • 2.茶树菇泡发洗净,青柠檬切片,在准备好姜片,葱段,蒜瓣,干辣椒段,花椒,葱花
  • 3.锅里加入清水,姜片,适量料酒,放入鸡肉淖水,淖水后的鸡肉洗净,沥干水分备用
  • 4.准备烫火锅的其他食材,冬瓜去皮去瓤,洗净切片,杏鲍菇洗净切片,腐竹泡发后,挤干水分,火锅丸子备好,用适量生抽,香醋,,姜末,蒜末,葱末,小米椒混合,做为火锅蘸料
  • 5.炒锅烧热,倒入适量植物油再次烧热后,放入豆瓣酱炒香,放入鸡肉翻炒至变色
  • 6..放入姜片,葱段,蒜瓣,干辣椒段,花椒继续翻炒,再倒入适量清水,放入麻辣鱼调料,放入柠檬片,烧开。
  • 7..放入茶水菇等想吃,或者不容易汤熟的食材略煮,将火锅汤汁同食材一起,倒入电火锅中,上桌,边吃边烫咯
