  • 1.材料备齐。山药选择的是河南焦作的铁杆山药,煲汤比较耐煮。
  • 2.山药去皮切滚刀块。冲洗几次之后用盐水侵泡备用。盐水侵泡后的山药煲汤,比较不会黏糊糊。
  • 3.猪肉骨焯水。
  • 4.把焯过水的肉骨,姜块拍一拍放入。大火煮至沸腾撇去浮沫。
  • 5.煮开之后加入山药,汤立马就变白色啦。盖上锅盖,转小火。
  • 6.小火煲至30分钟,加入莲子和枸杞。加入盐调味。继续盖上锅盖,再煲15到20分钟,就可以啦。
  • 7.30分钟后,加入莲子和枸杞。继续小火煲15到20分钟,就可以啦。
  • 8.煲至30分钟,加入莲子和枸杞,和盐调味。继续小火煲15到20分钟,就可以啦。
