Steps to make 毛血旺

  • 1.准备原材料毛肚、鸭血、木耳、油菜、豆皮、豆芽分别在开水中焯水去除杂质和断生后立即放入冷水中过凉沥干水分,午餐肉切片备用。
  • 2.锅中倒入底油加热放入干辣椒、葱姜蒜爆香。
  • 3.放入糖、郫县豆瓣酱炒匀再放入火锅麻辣底料炒匀。
  • 4.添加适量清水或高汤煮开。
  • 5.放入豆皮、豆芽、油菜同时放入盐和味精调味均匀时间不宜过长入味即可。
  • 6.煮好的青菜装入容器中。
  • 7.锅中放入毛肚、鸭血、午餐肉和木耳煮三分钟入味即可。
  • 8.将入味的午餐肉、毛肚、鸭血、木耳摆放在蔬菜上面。
  • 9.撒上葱花和香菜、麻椒锅中烧开热油直接浇在麻椒什么瞬间满屋飘香。
