蒸榆钱饭
榆钱为榆树科植物榆,春榆(白榆)、黑榆(山毛榆)的嫩果。香味甜绵厚实,自古就有食用它的习惯。清吴其睿《救荒本草》中载:“榆钱树,采肥嫩榆叶,热水浸润,油盐调食,其榆钱煮靡羹食,甚佳。”榆钱具有清心降火、止咳化痰的功效。
榆钱,我们这里是没有的,所以我也是没有尝过是啥味道!但是作为一个吃货肯定是想办法的!于是又想到了万能的某宝!于是就有了今天的美味!

  • 蒜瓣1个
  • 香醋1勺
  • 辣椒红油0.5勺
  • 香油1勺
  • 花椒油1勺

Steps to make 蒸榆钱饭

  • 1.网购的榆钱
  • 2.把榆钱挑选干净,用盐水浸泡10分钟,再多清洗几遍
  • 3.捞出沥干水分
  • 4.加入适量面粉拌匀,让榆钱均匀的包裹住面粉
  • 5.加入少许盐拌匀
  • 6.上锅大火蒸十分钟即可
  • 7.准备醮汁,将蒜泥放入小碗里
  • 8.花椒油、香油稍微加热后淋在蒜泥上
  • 9.加入适量生抽
  • 10.加入适量醋
  • 11.最后加少许辣椒红油调匀
  • 12.这是蒸好的榆钱饭
  • 13.盛出,吃的时候蘸着汁即可
