黄桃奶油蛋糕
这是第一次做奶油蛋糕。
女儿生日,我做了两个蛋糕,一个是米饭做的,一个是奶油的。其实做奶油的我一点底都没有,连起码的裱花嘴、转盘什么的都没有,做出这个效果我自己也蛮惊讶的,很兴奋的,呵呵,有点小骄傲. . .

  • 低筋面粉85g
  • 牛奶40ml
  • 鸡蛋5个
  • 植脂奶油200g
  • 色拉油40ml
  • 韩国白砂糖80g

Steps to make 黄桃奶油蛋糕

  • 1.蛋白倒入容器内,分三次加入60g白糖。
  • 2.打成湿性发泡与硬性发泡之间,(打蛋器头上的蛋白,形成一个比较坚挺的弯勾,蛋白就说明打好了),放入冰箱冷藏备用。
  • 3.蛋黄、色拉油、牛奶、20g白糖搅拌均匀,筛入面粉,搅拌时不要出筋,搅拌至面糊光亮后备用。
  • 4.分3次将蛋白糊加入到蛋黄糊中,用橡皮刀从底部捞起蛋黄液将蛋白混和。
  • 5.橡皮刀用切拌的方式搅拌均匀,搅拌到看不到蛋白糊为止。
  • 6.然后把模具在桌子上轻轻震一下,震出蛋糊中的大泡泡,放入烤箱,180度45分钟。
  • 7.出炉,凉透备用。
  • 8.蛋糕从中间切开。
  • 9.植脂奶油打发。
  • 10.把奶油抹在蛋糕片上,撒上黄桃丁。
  • 11.盖上另一片蛋糕。
  • 12.用奶油把蛋糕抹匀。用保鲜袋剪个小口,放上曲奇嘴,装上奶油,均匀的把奶油挤在蛋糕上,蛋糕中间空出来,放黄桃丁。
  • 13.在曲奇花顶放上银珠,插上“生日快乐”牌,是不是效果还不错,你也试试吧!
  • 14.真是美味。
