  • 1.主料:咸带鱼1条、青萝卜半根配料:葱、姜、蒜、干红辣椒各适量调料:花椒4-6粒、大料1个、生抽1大勺、猪油1大勺、花生油适量
  • 2.青萝卜改刀切片备用
  • 3.锅中加入适量的花生油,将葱、姜、蒜、干红辣椒、花椒、大料入锅煸炒
  • 4.作料炒香后,将萝卜片入锅炒制,滴入1大勺生抽提味,继续煸炒
  • 5.萝卜片炒制变软后,盛到一个大碗中
  • 6.将咸带鱼切段,依次摆至炒好的萝卜片上,咸带鱼上面撒上一点干辣椒丝,再淋入1大勺猪油、放入蒸锅
  • 7.蒸锅上汽后,蒸制20分钟即可出锅食用
