杨梅酒冻
去年做的杨梅酒,酒已变成甜酒,做一份酒冻作为下午茶的甜点,非常吸人眼球,吃过之后不能滴滴,否则会被蜀黍拦下。

  • 吉利丁3g
  • 白朗姆酒75ml
  • 纯净水75ml

  • 樱珠少许

Steps to make 杨梅酒冻

  • 1.准备杨梅酒、
  • 2.准备白朗姆酒;
  • 3.吉利丁用冷水泡软;
  • 4.杨梅酒放入白糖,大火加热;
  • 5.加热至糖融化但未沸腾的状态,放入泡软的吉利丁,搅拌至融化,离火,放入冷水中降温;
  • 6.降温后的杨梅酒倒入容器中,放入几个樱珠,放入冰箱冷藏至凝固;杯子放的时候有一定的角度倾斜;
  • 7.朗姆酒加细砂糖,大火加热;
  • 8.至糖融化但酒未沸腾的时候,放入泡软的吉利丁,搅拌至完全融化,放凉待用;
  • 9.从冰箱取出冷藏后的杨梅酒,已经成形;
  • 10.倒入冷却的朗姆酒;
  • 11.放入冰箱冷藏至完全凝固,凝固后即可食用;
