昨天是头伏,看到好多达人都说要吃饺子,我们这里真的没这个说法!那今年我也包点饺子吧!

  • 玉米粒50克
  • 松仁15克
  • 饺子皮350克
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 少许
  • 料酒2勺
  • 砂糖半小勺
  • 生抽2勺
  • 蚝油1勺
  • 姜汁1勺
  • 香油少许
  • 黑芝麻少许

Steps to make 蛋皮三鲜锅贴

  • 1.买回现成的肉泥
  • 2.加点料酒、姜汁
  • 3.加点盐和砂糖
  • 4.加点蚝油和生抽
  • 5.加点香油搅拌均匀
  • 6.加入玉米粒
  • 7.加入烤过的松仁拌匀成馅料
  • 8.这是准备好的材料
  • 9.取一张饺子皮放入适量馅料
  • 10.把饺子包起来
  • 11.平底锅中加入适量油
  • 12.把饺子排在锅里煎一会
  • 13.加入适量清水煮开至饺子膨胀、透明
  • 14.提前打散蛋液,加点盐、料酒,然后把蛋液倒入锅里,用小火煎至金黄色
  • 15.撒上葱花
  • 16.撒上黑芝麻起锅
