手把手教你做醪糟
湖南人每到这个季节就开始忙活做醪糟了,醪糟在湖南叫甜酒

Steps to make 手把手教你做醪糟

  • 1.糯米洗净后,用凉水提前泡发12个小时,能用手一捏就碎时即可上锅蒸制
  • 2.上锅蒸糯米时用无油的纱布铺在容器内,把糯米铺在纱布高火蒸制20分钟
  • 3.糯米出锅冷却,边倒凉开水边用手把饭团分开散热,凉开水的作用主要是散热降温,凉开水大概是180克左右
  • 4.糯米还有余温时倒入酒曲,用手拌匀,将糯米放入无油的发酵缸内,压实,在中间挖个洞,倒入剩下的酒曲,另外再撒一些在米饭表面
  • 5.盖好盖子插上电,将按键扭至米酒
  • 6.36小时后即可,中间不要断电,不要揭开盖子
