Steps to make 桂花酒酿小汤圆

  • 1.糯米粉里面加白砂糖混合。
  • 2.加适量清水揉成光滑的粉团。
  • 3.揪两三块小粉团放开水中煮熟,然后将煮熟的粉团重新放生胚中揉匀。
  • 4.加入了熟粉团的生胚包馅时不易开裂。
  • 5.豆沙馅和芝麻馅事先搓成小圆球,放冰箱冷冻成型。
  • 6.将豆沙馅和芝麻分别包入粉团中,搓成小圆球。
  • 7.烧半锅开水,加30克白糖煮开。
  • 8.放入包好的汤圆煮沸,加一勺酒酿煮至汤圆浮起来后撒上桂花。
  • 9.另取一小碗加一匙木薯粉,用少许清水调匀。
  • 10.倒入锅中勾芡,软软糯糯,香甜润滑的酒酿汤圆就可以开动了。
