  • 1.排骨洗净切小块。
  • 2.提前将糯米浸泡一晚上。

  • 5.糯米另加入一匙酱油拌均。
  • 6.铺在排骨表面摊平。
  • 7.上锅入适量水烧开,放入生排骨盖紧,用大火隔水蒸40分钟左右,直到糯米熟透即可。
  • 8.成品。洒上少许葱花装饰。
