  • 灯笼辣椒酱8g
  • 青椒10g
  • 麻椒少许
  • 生抽4ml
  • 蚝油少许
  • 高汤精少许
  • 鸡精少许
  • 白砂糖3g
  • 料酒少许
  • 植物油少许

  • 1.小米辣切碎,青红椒切小丁,葱切段、姜切片、蒜切片
  • 2.鱼卷、肉卷取出备用
  • 3.锅内入油烧4成热,下小米辣、青红椒、葱姜蒜爆香
  • 4.闻到香味后,入花椒、泡椒水、耗油继续翻炒20-30秒,将泡椒的辣味炒出来
  • 5.加500ml清水,转大火煮
  • 6.待水煮沸后,加生抽、高汤精、糖调味
  • 7.下肥牛煮制,加盐调味
  • 8.待肥牛变软后,下鱼卷煮至全熟,加鸡精搅匀即可
