为家里的小朋友准备的零食。做了三种口味,孩子口味很叼,只爱吃原味的曲奇。抹茶和蔓越莓的就直接进孩子爸的肚了。我和孩子爸最爱的还是蔓越莓酸酸甜甜的口感。
家里没有糖粉,也没有适合用来打成粉的粗粒白砂糖。唯有绵白糖可以用,于是都放了绵白糖,照片可以看出成品表面有些粗糙。虽然样子不尽如人意,好在口味还是不错的。

  • 蔓越莓曲奇:低粉115克
  • 全蛋液19克
  • 黄油60克
  • 糖粉40克
  • 香草曲奇:低粉170克
  • 黄油120克
  • 糖粉40克
  • 蛋液60克
  • 牛奶10克
  • 奶粉30克
  • 细砂糖35克

Steps to make 曲奇

  • 1.蔓越莓曲奇:黄油软化,加绵白糖,用电动打蛋器搅打均匀。
  • 2.分2次加入蛋液,打成细腻蓬松状态。
  • 3.加入过筛低粉。
  • 4.加入蔓越莓混合均匀。
  • 5.整理成长方体状,放入冷冻柜冻半个小时。半小时后拿出切4毫米片。烤箱中层180度20分钟。
  • 6.香草味的就不多说了。黄油加糖粉打发,滴入几滴香草精,筛入低粉和奶粉混合均匀,装入裱花袋挤出形状就可以了。
