Steps to make 果仁列巴

  • 1.将除黄油和鸡蛋外的所有配料倒进面包机,开启揉面功能揉成面团。
  • 2.放入黄油,再揉20分钟。
  • 3.发酵至两倍大。
  • 4.葡萄干冲洗控干,核桃仁烤熟切碎。
  • 5.把面团拿出来揉搓排气。
  • 6.擀成一个长方形的面片,铺满葡萄干和核桃仁,略微压一压,注意底边留5厘米不要放。
  • 7.从铺满果仁的一端开始卷起,卷紧,边卷边略压实。
  • 8.收口处抹一点水,捏紧。
  • 9.成圆柱形,收口朝下。
  • 10.烤盘铺上油纸,放入做好的面卷,放进烤箱发酵至1.5倍大。
  • 11.用锋利的薄刀片斜切刀口,刀口稍微深一点露出果仁,表面刷上蛋黄液。
  • 12.放入烤箱,中层,上下火160°烤约20分钟,注意观察颜色,表皮略微上色后要立即盖上锡纸,否则很容易烤糊。
