【芝麻薄饼】

  • 低筋面粉100克
  • 玉米淀粉8克
  • 黄油20克
  • 糖粉50克
  • 白芝麻20克
  • 黑芝麻20克
  • 1克

Steps to make 【芝麻薄饼】

  • 1.备好食材
  • 2.将黄油放入不锈钢盆内,隔热水熔化成液态。蛋白放入打蛋盆内,加上糖粉,盐、用手动打蛋器搅打均匀,再加入黄油液,搅拌均匀
  • 3.加入过筛的面粉和玉米淀粉
  • 4.用手动打蛋器搅匀
  • 5.加入黑芝麻和白芝麻
  • 6.用手动打蛋器轻轻搅拌成浓稠的面糊
  • 7.用汤匙挖少许调好的面糊,平铺在烤盘上,相互间要留较大的空间,以便摊平面糊,摆好面糊后,端起烤盘,上下左右轻轻摇晃一下,让面糊厚薄大小一致
  • 8.烤盘放入预热好的烤箱上层,遮上烤箱门
  • 9.以170度、上下火烘烤12—15分钟左右,表面上色即可取出
