Steps to make 油醋汁红虾沙拉

  • 1.准备食材:红虾和鸡扒
  • 2.准备的蔬菜清洗干净待用
  • 3.清洗红虾,用牙签从虾背间的接缝处挑出虾线,轻轻一拉即可
  • 4.小锅中放入适量的清水,放入姜片,大火烧开,放入红虾,中火煮4分钟,煮熟的红虾快速捞出,煮虾的时间不要长,避免肉质变老
  • 5.平底不沾锅中放入薄薄一层清水,中火烧开,放入已化冻的黑椒鸡扒
  • 6.鸡扒放进后不要着急翻面,煎2分钟后翻面
  • 7.继续翻煎2分钟至表面微微焦黄,即可起锅
  • 8.芦笋削掉老皮焯水后捞出,浸在冷水中待用
  • 9.水萝卜切薄片、圣女果对切四瓣,苦菊用手撕碎,与降温后的芦笋全部放入调料碗中
  • 10.煎好的鸡扒切小丁
  • 11.煮熟的红虾去皮、头,保留尾部,全部放入调料碗中
  • 12.淋上地中海油醋汁,拌匀即可上桌
