红火龙果粉蒸饺

Steps to make 红火龙果粉蒸饺

  • 1.将青萝卜、及胡萝卜洗净去皮。
  • 2.将胡萝卜青萝卜擦成丝状,并焯水,然后切碎再加入各种调料、调成素馅料。
  • 3.用红色火龙果粉和成的面团反复揉至光滑,并醒面20分钟。
  • 4.将面团搓成条状,揪出均匀的剂子。
  • 5.将蒸饺逐个包好。
  • 6.将蒸饺摆入笼笹中,水烧开后蒸18钟即可,共蒸了两锅。
  • 7.蒸好的蒸饺出锅装盘,纯天然果粉无毒无色素,可放心食用。
  • 8.用煎了冰花饺子,虽不完美但口感非常酥脆。
