  • 冬瓜糖40克
  • 山楂片40克
  • 郭葵花仁40克
  • 纯净水4.5升
  • 红绿丝40克
  • 葡萄干40克
  • 熟白芝麻30克
  • 红糖200克

Steps to make 冰粉 贵州冰粉

  • 1.把红糖切碎备用。
  • 2.锅内放500毫升水,把切碎的红糖放入锅中煮沸成糖水,冷却待用。
  • 3.准备好25克冰粉粉
  • 4.锅入放4升水烧开,等水烧开后边撒冰粉粉边搅拌。50克冰粉粉都煮溶入开水后再做2到3分钟即离火冷却。
  • 5.煮好的冰粉冷却后即凝固,天气热放入冰箱冷藏4小时。或放入冰箱冷冻1个半小时口感更佳
  • 6.准备好彩虹糖,红绿丝,山楂片,葡萄干,冬瓜糖,熟葵花仁,熟白芝麻等配料。
  • 7.白开水倒入容器制作成冰块
  • 8.取一只碗,把冰粉,冰块,红糖水,配料装入碗中,美味可口的贵州冰粉就可以登场了。
  • 9.喜欢酸味的亲,可以加用食用醋或苹果醋,本人试过很多品牌苹果醋建议大家选用醋乐坊的。大超市都有卖的。
