锄草的春卷
春天到了,万物复苏,于是…… 这长满了草,抱持着我今天就是来锄草的信念,俺偷偷的溜了进来。为什么要说偷偷的呢,记得年前回复浪漫说年前忙,年后可能会常来,结果,这一“常”变成了“长”---长时间没来,真是不好意思了。

    Steps to make 锄草的春卷

    • 1.面粉加入清水、鸡蛋调成稍稠的面糊备用。
    • 2.热锅中均匀涂抹少量油,离火。
    • 3.迅速舀入一大勺面糊放入锅中,手持锅柄旋转淌开面糊。
    • 4.面糊淌开成薄饼后,将锅放回炉火上(小火),面糊凝固后翻面,两面煎黄即可。
    • 5.所以蔬菜洗净,洋葱、甜椒、切丝,土豆切丝后泡清水5分钟沥水备用。
    • 6.土豆丝也沥干净。
    • 7.锅中热油,入土豆丝、洋葱丝分别炒熟。
    • 8.菜心汆水(沸水中放少量油及盐)后捞出。
    • 9.把做好的菜放在(或者自己喜欢的一些菜)春卷皮上卷起来。
    • 10.末端抹上蛋液。
    • 11.锅中放入少量油,将抹蛋液的部分贴在锅底,定型后再翻其他几面煎一下。
    • 12.起锅切段即可。
