法式煎猪肝
法式煎猪肝是先将猪肝腌制调味,再入锅煎,调上辣酱油烹的洋葱蒜泥酱汁,再搭土豆泥一起吃,味道很浓香也不油腻,非常方便操作也很好味的一道西式菜品,很喜欢

做好的猪肝味道很香,有点类似中餐中黑椒洋葱爆猪肝,所以我说它适合国人的口味还是有些道理的

  • 猪肝250克
  • 洋葱半个
  • 土豆1-2个
  • 蒜头4、5瓣
  • 红酒50ml
  • 黑胡椒2茶匙
  • 少许
  • 少许
  • 鸡精少许
  • 生粉少许

Steps to make 法式煎猪肝

  • 1.将土豆去皮,煮熟或者蒸熟,压成土豆泥,按自己口味调味(我喜欢用少许牛奶来调,接着加盐和少许黑胡椒粉调味)
  • 2.将猪肝洗净切片,加黑胡椒粉、盐、糖、鸡精调味
  • 3.接着倒入少许红酒
  • 4.搅拌均匀后腌制一会
  • 5.锅烧热,放入少许橄榄油(可以是黄油或者植物油),将猪肝裹少许淀粉入锅煎熟
  • 6.将洋葱和蒜头切碎
  • 7.将洋葱碎和蒜泥入锅炒香后,烹少许辣酱油
  • 8.接着将猪肝倒回锅中,略翻炒下出锅
