寒冬来点酸菜刚刚好【酸汤鸡】

又是一道在菜谱里面学习的菜肴。

说起【酸汤鸡】,

我问PAPA要尝试【酸汤鸡】么?

他反应平淡:好吃么?地方不同,口味不一样吧。

我却对这道【酸汤鸡】充满期待。就着酸菜的酸爽,定会点个赞。爱酸爽口味的人儿此刻尽情傻笑着脑补中。。。

霎时当头劈一句:你要做的话,你要去采购啊。。。

嗷嗷嗷。。。某唛默默蹲在墙角长蘑菇。。。

后来的后来。。。就是周日PAPA和MAMA逛街去了,回来要到市场上采购;一个电话回来问我做菜需要啥?听得那个窝心呐。。。

然后的然后,就有了我跟老杨菜谱做的【酸汤鸡】。。。

不曾想到,一颗普通的大白菜,经过一段时间的腌制,在神奇的转化力量作用下,会变幻出一种让人着迷的酸味,和那让人欣喜的柔韧口感。

嗯嗯,寒冬来点酸菜刚刚好。。。

就是在寒冬,爱上了那股温暖的酸爽。。。

  • 酸菜1/2棵
  • 干辣椒3个
  • 泡椒6个
  • 蒜头1/2头
  • 1块
  • 花椒1茶匙
  • 十三香1茶匙
  • 生抽少许
  • 少许

Steps to make 寒冬来点酸菜刚刚好【酸汤鸡】

  • 1.提前用花椒烧开水,用于汆鸡块。
  • 2.斩好的鸡块在花椒水里汆好,沥干。准备好酸汤鸡其他辅料。
  • 3.干辣椒和泡椒剪段,蒜头剥好,姜切片。酸菜浸泡10分钟后洗净焯水挤干水分切段。
  • 4.锅里放油,把鸡肉煎到焦黄。
  • 5.放入姜,蒜,干辣椒,泡椒和十三香翻炒均匀。
  • 6.放入酸菜继续翻炒。
  • 7.酸菜炒出香气后,倒入料酒和生抽。
  • 8.兑水淹没食材,大火烧开。
  • 9.小火15分钟左右鸡肉熟烂,少许盐调味即可
