  • 1.鲅鱼清理干净, 葱姜切段。
  • 2.备好调料
  • 3.鲅鱼处理干净后切2--3厘米小段, 用料酒、葱、姜腌十分钟。
  • 4.把所有调料混在一起烧开
  • 5.鱼块捡出来用厨房纸吸干水份,过油炸至微黄。
  • 6.炸好的鱼块倒入料汁里, 腌制数小时就可以了。 腌制时间越长越好吃。吃的时候直接取食, 无需加热。
