烧椒拌茄子
【烧椒拌茄子】让辣椒的味道更丰富些
要是再夸我的有机蔬菜,估计有朋友会有意见了,嫩怎么就那么多朋友呢,天天有人送?俺就是朋友多,还都特别勤快,这不,今天又送一袋子辣椒,一袋子空心菜!感谢我的朋友们!改天一定拿肉请你们来吃一顿!
茄子也是朋友送的,特别喜欢蒸着吃,随意的拌上蒜泥或者麻酱或是辣椒油,都很过瘾。关健是做着特别方便,也不用守着灶了,蒸透就成。
今儿还是蒸着吃,不过不用酱料了,把辣椒烧了烧,剁碎了拌,还加了花椒油,成菜很不错。
辣椒放火上烧了之后,味道很特别,拌着吃真是不错!

  • 1.材料图。
  • 2.茄子洗净,整个放在笼格中,上火蒸透,茄子大小有不同,时间所需也不同,一定要蒸透才好吃。这个菜最好提前把茄子蒸熟,拌的时候茄子已经凉了是最好的。
  • 3.辣椒用金属餐夹夹着放在灶上烧熟,边烧边翻面,辣椒表面出现糊点最好了。
  • 4.将烧好的辣椒放在水龙头下洗去糊点。
  • 5.将辣椒去籽切碎,大蒜也切碎,放在碗里,加盐,生抽 糖花椒油芝麻油,
  • 6.这一步根据自家口味儿调整啊,醋啊辣椒油啊碎花生啊都可以放的。
  • 7.蒸好的茄子,用签子划成茄条。
  • 8.放在深盘中。
  • 9.将拌好的辣椒倒在茄子上面,边吃边拌吧。
