杏鲍菇鲫鱼汤
今天居然忘记买葱了,所以配上绿色的西兰花,还是不甘心,在阳台的花盆里掐了几根纤细的小葱,权当点缀了。

记得看过老杨的黄芪水煮鱼,他说有一位老中医讲黄芪是好东西,所以我也往里放了可以养身的量,绝对有好处的。

  • 杏鲍菇150克
  • 西兰花50克
  • 黄芪5克

Steps to make 杏鲍菇鲫鱼汤

  • 1.鲫鱼2条收拾干净;准备姜、黄芪;
  • 2.杏鲍菇切片、西兰花掰成小朵洗净备用;
  • 3.锅烧热倒油烧热,下入姜片,放入鲫鱼煎至两面焦黄;
  • 4.另起陶瓷煲放入煎好的鱼,鱼身上放入黄芪;
  • 5.锅中留油下杏鲍菇翻炒软;西兰花用加了盐的沸水焯一下;
  • 6.把炒软的杏鲍菇倒入煲中;
  • 7.再加入适量的水,盖上盖子大火烧开,小火炖20分钟;
  • 8.奶白的鲫鱼汤已经熬成了;
  • 9.最后倒入西兰花,调入盐,撒入葱花即可。
