  • 1.100克黄油
  • 2.加入50克白糖
  • 3.进行打发~并将30克的蛋液逐步搅拌进去~
  • 4.等材料发白后筛入180克的低粉~
  • 5.搅拌至无干粉~
  • 6.合成面团~
  • 7.擀蹭面片~
  • 8.放至派盘里~
  • 9.放入已经预热过的烤箱~
  • 10.上下管180度~烘烤18分钟~
  • 11.胚第完成了~
  • 12.将苹果切成丁~取300克
  • 13.150克的糖~
  • 14.柠檬汁放在炉子上加热~
  • 15.烧开后倒出糖水~拌入玉米淀粉~
  • 16.黄油及肉桂粉~
  • 17.稍微冷却
  • 18.倒入已经烤成半熟的派里~
  • 19.上面铺一些青苹果~放入烤箱~上管190度~下管160度~22分钟即可~脱模后加上自制无花果酱就OK了~
