Steps to make 蜜瓜西米盅

  • 1.准备材料。
  • 2.西米用开水浸泡15分钟。(加开水时一定要搅拌)
  • 3.捞出西米用冷水反复冲洗几遍沥干水分
  • 4.煮锅中加水烧开(一定要烧开)下入西米,煮到西米略有少量硬心即可关火,焖2分钟。
  • 5.将西米用漏网捞出,用凉水反复冲洗洗去黏液,放入容器待用。
  • 6.将西米与牛奶混合加入少许蜂蜜放入冰箱冷藏。
  • 7.用挖球器把哈密瓜果肉挖出,葡萄剥去外皮,放回哈密瓜中放上蜜豆浇上牛奶西米。
