柠香手撕面包

  • 柠檬皮屑1个
  • 橙子皮屑1个
  • 无盐黄油25克

Steps to make 柠香手撕面包

  • 1.将面包体中除黄油外的所有材料放入面包机桶内。启动和面程序
  • 2.加入软化黄油,再次启动和面程序,揉面结束,面团揉至光滑状。
  • 3.面团发酵同时,制作馅料:将柠檬皮和橙子皮用工具擦成屑
  • 4.混合糖和柠檬,橙子皮屑。黄油融化
  • 5.取出发酵好的面团,按压排出面团内气体,盖上保鲜膜松弛15分钟
  • 6.面团尽量擀成矩形
  • 7.先抹一层融化黄油。再抹上做好的内馅
  • 8.用刀切分与自己模具等宽的面片
  • 9.把面片叠放,切块
  • 10.切面向上排入抹油的模具中
  • 11.放在温暖湿润处二次发酵至2倍大,表面刷上鸡蛋液。
  • 12.入烤箱175度烤30到35分钟,至金黄。烤熟后取出放凉,将淡奶油加糖打发,挤在面包上,再撒上彩糖装饰即可。
