  • 牛奶90克左右
  • 酵母2.5克
  • 巧克力少许
  • 粉色巧克力笔少许

Steps to make 轻松熊面包

  • 1.除牛奶、黄油外的所有材料混合均匀,和成团,开始揉搓摔打面团,到形成粗糙的薄膜
  • 2.加入黄油,让黄油完全被面团吸收
  • 3.面团揉至扩展阶段,放温暖处发酵至2倍大
  • 4.取出发酵好的面团,排气
  • 5.面包团割成50克一个的大面团做小熊的脸,再分割出8克一个的小面团做小熊的耳朵以这个配方量,可以做大概5-6个小熊分割好面团后,盖保鲜膜,松驰15分钟
  • 6.取一个大面团,擀扁,一定要擀的薄一些,面团在第二次发酵及入烤箱后会膨胀很高,太厚的面团小熊的脸会不好看,太尖
  • 7.取两个小面团,擀成薄片做小熊的耳朵
  • 8.再用剩下的少许面团,擀成非常薄,用圆型模具,压出圆面片做小熊的鼻子
  • 9.组合在一起,放到烤盘上,面团间一定要留出足够的间距
  • 10.放温暖处发酵至2倍大
  • 11.小熊表现刷鸡蛋和水的混合液,避开鼻子处,用锡纸剪出比鼻子稍大些的圆,盖在小熊鼻子处,尽可能保证小熊鼻子不要上色烤箱预热,180度20分钟
  • 12.烤好后,放烤架上冷却散热。面团冷却后。用裱花袋装少许巧克力币,放60度左右的热水中融化,裱花袋剪一个小口
  • 13.在小熊面包上画上眼睛和鼻子
  • 14.粉色的巧克力笔放到热水中融化
  • 15.在眼睛下方画斜线,稍等片刻,让巧克力凝固
