Steps to make 养生豆浆

  • 1.备好黄豆、薏米。
  • 2.将黄豆、薏米洗干净用冷水浸泡5至8个小时左右。可以不浸泡。
  • 3.茯苓洗干净。
  • 4.将浸泡好的黄豆、薏米,连同浸泡的水一同倒入豆浆机。
  • 5.茯苓倒入豆浆机。
  • 6.再加适量热水,加水至上下水位刻度线之间。
  • 7.将机头放入杯体,插上电源线。
  • 8.豆浆机通电,如果在机器上直接操作,选择“热饮区” ,再选择“干湿豆”键,进行启动即可,制作时间需要25分钟。
  • 9.制作完成,即可盛出享用。
