清蒸鲈鱼

Steps to make 清蒸鲈鱼

  • 1.新鲜鲈鱼一条,清理干净内脏,鱼肚子处剪一个小口,洗净血水,切去背脊。
  • 2.鱼身切片,从腹部到背部均匀的切段,鱼腹相连。
  • 3.鱼身上抹上盐、料酒、胡椒粉进行腌制,15分钟即可。(最好用手将调料抓匀,这样更加入味。)
  • 4.把腌好的鱼放入盘中,水开后大火蒸8分钟,然后焖5分钟。
  • 5.在蒸鱼的过程中,把葱姜切细丝。
  • 6.给蒸好的鱼身上撒上葱姜丝,再放上一些红椒丝。锅里放适量油加热,将烧好的油趁热浇在鱼身上。再淋上适量蒸鱼豉油就可以了。
