葵花籽仁手工饼干

Steps to make 葵花籽仁手工饼干

  • 1.黄油软化加白砂糖打发至稍变白
  • 2.草鸡蛋一枚32克,去壳后最多31克。
  • 3.鸡蛋打散后分三次加入黄油中。每加一次都搅打均匀再加下一次。
  • 4.搅拌好的黄油轻盈细腻。
  • 5.低筋粉中拌入小苏打粉,加进黄油中翻拌。
  • 6.稍微拌成絮状后倒入葵花籽仁。
  • 7.用手轻轻揉成团即可,不要过度揉捏。
  • 8.面团分两份搓成长圆柱形用保鲜膜包好后入冰箱冻一个小时左右变硬即可。
  • 9.快刀切开约3-4毫米的饼干块。
  • 10.均匀的放入铺了油布或油纸的烤盘,每个饼干之间略微留些空隙。
  • 11.入烤箱中层180度上下火烘烤10分钟左右。
  • 12.烤至饼干周围微黄即可。
  • 13.冷却后更酥脆。请密封保存。
