空气炸锅烤全鸡
空气炸锅烤出来的全鸡,肉嫩,所用时间比烤箱还要短。850克的净鸡,腌制了24小时,进空气炸锅中,前后只用了35分钟就烤好了。香喷喷的鸡肉,好嫩呢!鸡肚里塞满了土豆块、洋葱块、甜椒块,一同出炉,又多出了一道菜,真是太赞了!烤鸡的口味随意调整,或甜或辣,只要自己喜欢就好!

  • 整鸡850克
  • 土豆半个

  • 红甜椒半个
  • 酱油30克
  • 蚝油30克
  • 料酒15克
  • 花椒一小撮
  • 香叶一片
  • 八角一颗
  • 鲜姜一小块
  • 白糖15克
  • 3克
  • 黑胡椒粉3克

Steps to make 空气炸锅烤全鸡

  • 1.整鸡去除内脏、杂毛,里里外外清洗干净
  • 2.加入各种调料
  • 3.给鸡进行按摩,便于入味,然后于凉爽处或者冰箱内冷藏存放24小时,中途可翻身几次并按摩
  • 4.腌制好的整鸡,酱汁已经有一部分渗入肉中了
  • 5.将肚内填充蔬菜准备好
  • 6.根据鸡肚大小,决定蔬菜量,切成滚刀块
  • 7.用腌鸡的酱汁再腌蔬菜块10分钟,并额外再加些盐调味
  • 8.腌好的蔬菜块塞入鸡肚中,并将部分酱汁倒入肚中,便于上色调味
  • 9.将整鸡放入预热好的空气炸锅炸篮中,200度,20分钟
  • 10.20分钟到,将炸篮拉出,给鸡翻一下身,可以将腌肉汁再刷一层,如果喜欢吃蜜汁的,可以刷上一层蜂蜜;重新入空气炸锅中,180度,15分钟,注意,我把温度调低了20度,请根据鸡的大小来决定是否调整温度噢
  • 11.时间到,将烤好的整鸡取出,刀切或者手撕便可享用啦
