可可花生饼干
烘焙里我还是最喜欢做饼干。饼干种类繁多,随便一种都可以有无数的改变,而且做饼干比做其他的简单,几乎不需要什么烘焙技能,只要按部就班就能做成功,不像戚风之类,失败的原因太多,一不小心就失败了!并且饼干对糖粉的要求不大,不像蛋糕需要糖粉来稳定蛋白,我不太爱吃甜,所以自己做的饼干就太适合我的口味了,今天这款可可饼干,有略微的苦感,对我而言刚刚好。

  • 低粉100g
  • 糖粉30g
  • 鸡蛋液25g
  • 可可粉12g
  • 黄油45g
  • 小苏打1g

Steps to make 可可花生饼干

  • 1.黄油室温软化后加入适量糖粉,这个糖粉也是我自己做的。用搅拌棒或者手抽搅拌均匀。
  • 2.分次加入鸡蛋液,搅拌均匀,充分融合。
  • 3.加入花生碎。
  • 4.筛入可可粉,低筋面粉和小苏打。
  • 5.揉搓成一个面团。
  • 6.用擀面杖擀成薄片,切去四边不规则的地方。
  • 7.切成长条,摆在烤盘上。
  • 8.aca烤箱180度上下管预热好了之后摆入饼干胚子,烤10分钟左右就可以了,具体时间温度根据自家烤箱来,不要烤过了,烤过了会有一股糊味。
  • 9.烤好的饼干,因为整形的时候没耐心所以不是很规则,自己吃可以稍微随意点。
  • 10.有可可粉的味道,略微的苦涩,但是很好吃哦,像不像巧克力,哈哈。
