桃胶银耳皂角米羹
桃胶是桃或山桃等树皮中分泌出来的树脂,别名桃油、桃脂、桃花泪等,具有药食两用的双重价值。其具有生津止渴、止痛镇痛、降血糖作用;还可美容养颜,能减少皱纹,嫩肤,治疗痘疮。桃胶是一种天然的保健品,一般人群均可食用,不过任何东西都不可过量,桃胶亦如此,以免对身体造成伤害。另外桃胶也不是所有人都适合服用,孕妇不能服用桃胶,脾虚手脚冰凉者应慎用桃胶。
桃胶的好搭档有银耳和皂角米。银耳有滋阴润肺的功效。皂角米俗称雪莲子、皂角仁、皂角精,是皂荚的果实,属高能量、高碳水化合物、低蛋白,低脂肪食物,并含有植物性膳食纤维,具有养心通脉、清肝明目等功效。这些材料经过凉水泡发后慢炖,可以得到晶莹粘稠的汤品,水的多少可以随口味来调节,但多汤品相更亮、口感更佳。

Steps to make 桃胶银耳皂角米羹

  • 1.原材料做准备了,根据食用量来调整,我的这些是4-6人量;
  • 2.桃胶泡凉水12小时,可隔夜泡更省时间;
  • 3.皂角米提前2小时泡发;
  • 4.银耳撕成小朵,提前2小时泡发;
  • 5.将泡发好的桃胶去掉杂质,与皂角米、银耳、红枣同入炖盅,水量至少要没过材料;冰糖可在中途或者结束后放;
  • 6.将炖锅中倒入适量凉水至水位线处,把炖盅放在蒸架上,盖上盅盖及锅盖,选择“桃胶”程序,默认1小时,也可根据食材量多少或者喜欢的口感来增加时间;时间到后可将冰糖入汤中,用勺子搅拌两分钟融化即可。
