萝卜豆腐汤
家里白萝卜堆成山,买来豆腐熬个汤~白萝卜很新鲜,超级甜~都不用放太多调料~

Steps to make 萝卜豆腐汤

  • 1.白萝卜去皮,切成薄片备用。
  • 2.韧豆腐切成和萝卜差不多大小的薄片。
  • 3.切点葱花。
  • 4.锅中放入适量油,放入葱花爆香,放入萝卜加入少许盐翻炒至变色。
  • 5.锅中倒入适量热水,加入一勺盐大火烧开。
  • 6.盖上盖子焖煮5分钟左右,出锅前加入适量白胡椒粉即可。
  • 7.汤盛好后切点香菜放进去就可以喝啦。
