这个季节北方的粘玉米下来了,粘玉米香甜糯,无论怎么做都很有营养又特别好吃,而这款鲜玉米羹更适合小孩和老人吃,做法很简单可以蒸也可以煮,个人觉得煮出来的更加香浓,这次的粘玉米我买到的是一个白色和一个黄色的,要是都是黄色的做出来才漂亮。

Steps to make 鲜玉米羹

  • 1.新鲜的粘玉米用刨丝器把米粒都刨下来,加入3碗清水,备用。
  • 2.肉末,姜片,葱段、鸡蛋备好,我另切了小半根胡萝卜的丁。
  • 3.锅底放油烧热,姜片、肉末、胡萝卜爆香。
  • 4.鲜玉米汁倒入锅内,加适量清水,放入葱段,放盐。
  • 5.中火开盖煮,不停搅动,不然就粘锅底了。汤变浓后把葱段和姜片捞出来,鸡蛋打入,用筷子快速搅拌。
  • 6.汤汁浓淡挂勺加入半勺蚝油,撒上葱花即可出锅。
