  • 1.里脊洗净。
  • 2.竹笋准备,胡萝卜洗净。
  • 3.竹笋煮2分钟去除草酸,捞出控水。
  • 4.里脊切片放淀粉,花椒粉,料酒。
  • 5.搅匀腌20分钟。
  • 6.胡萝卜去皮切丝,青椒切丝。
  • 7.葱姜切碎。
  • 8.放有过中小火炼葱姜有。
  • 9.生抽料酒,白糖,蚝油调汁。
  • 10.锅中放油炒里脊片至变色捞出。
  • 11.锅中放油炒胡萝卜丝1分钟。
  • 12.放焯好的竹笋,里脊片,青椒丝炒断生。
  • 13.放入调好的汁,炒匀。
  • 14.盛出。
