小妹想吃区间,请求我给做点。做姐姐的二话不说,动手就做。谁让咱是大姐哩。这个曲奇加了一点可可粉,做成云石的形状。和一般的曲奇形状不太一样,看上去特别一点点,味道倒是一样的,奶香十足,香酥美味。也算是送给妹妹的小礼物啦。

  • 低筋粉200G
  • 黄油120g
  • 糖粉80g
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 可可粉5g

Steps to make 云石曲奇

  • 1.黄油软化后和糖粉一起放入盆里
  • 2.打蛋器低速搅拌至黄油发白成羽毛状
  • 3.分两次加入蛋液,没有都搅拌至蛋液完全吸收后再加下一次
  • 4.最后再搅拌一会儿,让黄油更蓬松
  • 5.筛入低筋粉
  • 6.轻揉成团后按2:1分成两份
  • 7.少的一份加入可可粉揉均匀
  • 8.把本身面团和可可粉面团擀成大小一样叠在一起
  • 9.中间切开并叠一起
  • 10.再顺长从中间切开后叠一起
  • 11.适当按压整形成圆形
  • 12.保鲜膜卷起来,冰箱冷冻至硬
  • 13.冷冻后取出,切成厚度约5毫米的片
  • 14.摆放到烤盘中
  • 15.烤箱170度预热5分钟,入烤箱烤10--12分钟
  • 16.烤好的曲奇,香酥可口,奶香味很足。
