Steps to make 上汤白菜

  • 1.白菜洗干净,切丝备用。
  • 2.蒜切片,里脊肉切薄片,火腿切粒,海鲜菇洗干净,挤干水分撕开,皮蛋一切四瓣。
  • 3.枸杞洗干净,控干水分。
  • 4.炒锅放入清水,一勺盐,烧开。
  • 5.白菜下入锅中,加一勺植物油,水开后煮一分钟。
  • 6.煮好的白菜盛入碗中。
  • 7.锅中倒入少许植物油,下蒜片,肉片,皮蛋翻炒片刻加入清水。
  • 8.待水烧开后撇去浮沫,放入海鲜菇和火腿粒。
  • 9.汤汁发白后放入少许盐,鸡精,白胡椒粉和枸杞。
  • 10.把汤倒入白菜中,清淡鲜美的上汤白菜就完成了。
