    Steps to make 荠菜饺子

    • 1.食材:荠菜、猪肉馅、饺子皮。
    • 2.锅中水开放入一勺食用油。
    • 3.焯水三十秒捞岀。
    • 4.荠菜挤干水份切碎。
    • 5.肉馅中放入鸡蛋、胡椒粉、盐、蚝油、生抽和淀粉。
    • 6.搅拌均匀。
    • 7.分次加入葱姜水。
    • 8.把荠菜放入肉馅中拌匀后加入一勺香油搅拌均匀。
    • 9.取一张饺子皮放入荠菜肉馅包成饺子。
    • 10.水开放入锅中。
    • 11.煮沸后加入三次冷水。
    • 12.煮熟捞岀即可。
