板栗烧鸡胸肉
又到了吃板栗的季节,粉粉甜甜,好吃到停不了口* 鸡胸肉也是嫩嫩的,一点也不柴哦!

  • 去皮板栗250g
  • 鸡胸肉300g
  • 青葱几根
  • 蒜头2瓣
  • 1匙
  • 老抽少许
  • 白糖1匙
  • 生抽1勺
  • 生粉1匙

Steps to make 板栗烧鸡胸肉

  • 1.我买的是拨好皮的板栗肉,省事。
  • 2.鸡胸肉洗净,切成大拇指般大的块,加入生抽、生粉腌制20分钟(这一步很重要,不然肉质会变柴)。
  • 3.青葱洗净,切段备用。
  • 4.蒜头去皮,切碎,锅中倒入适量食用油,下蒜头爆香。
  • 5.再倒入板栗肉,翻炒一下。
  • 6.加入老抽、盐。
  • 7.再撒入少许白糖提味。
  • 8.再倒入没过板栗的清水,搅拌均匀,盖锅盖中小火焖5分钟。
  • 9.最后倒入鸡胸肉跟葱,翻拌均匀,盖锅盖继续焖10分钟即可。
