这也是很经典的湘粤之一,不过,我这不是蒸来扣,我这做法从简了哈,直接用剁椒蒸的,简单好下饭,名字是很正宗的哦呵呵...

Steps to make 【湘菜】腊味合蒸

  • 1.腊肉洗净飞水备用。
  • 2.腊鱼温水洗净切厚片码放碟内。
  • 3.姜切末。
  • 4.腊肉切片。
  • 5.将腊肉码放在鱼片上。
  • 6.碗里放适量剁椒,加入姜末,料酒,鸡粉,食用油调匀。
  • 7.将调好的剁椒浇在腊味上,入滚水锅中大火蒸十五分钟。
  • 8.出锅撒上葱花即可上桌。
