Steps to make 清蒸黄花鱼

  • 1.将黄花鱼洗净,去鱼鳞,去除内脏。没用的内脏扔掉,这个好像是鱼肝吧,我留下了。
  • 2.加两勺料酒,几片葱,几片姜,盐渍20分钟。
  • 3.领取一个盘子,将葱姜垫在鱼的下面,放入蒸锅,上汽后蒸十来分钟。
  • 4.蒸好后将鱼连盘子取出。
  • 5.倒掉蒸出的水,扔掉葱姜,再重新切一些葱丝摆在鱼身上,淋上蒸鱼豉油。
  • 6.将适量的食用油烧至冒烟浇在鱼身上。
  • 7.端上桌就可以吃了。
