  • 酸奶150ml
  • 淡奶油150ml
  • 玉米淀粉90ml
  • 低筋面粉90ml
  • 黄油60克

Steps to make 芝士蛋糕

  • 1.将消化饼干放在袋子里,用擀面杖压碎。
  • 2.黄油放在小碗中融化。
  • 3.将黄油倒入消化饼干碎中。
  • 4.搅拌并揉搓均匀。
  • 5.在烤盘底部铺上一层锡纸,边缘抹上黄油。
  • 6.将消化饼干碎屑倒入烤盘中,用勺子压平。
  • 7.将奶酪放在室温下软化。
  • 8.用搅拌器打发。
  • 9.将蛋黄搅匀。
  • 10.分三次将蛋黄液倒入奶酪中,继续打发。
  • 11.分三次倒入酸奶倒入奶酪中打发。
  • 12.分三次倒入淡奶油,打发。
  • 13.将玉米淀粉和面粉混合均匀。
  • 14.筛入打发的奶酪中。
  • 15.搅拌均匀。
  • 16.将面糊倒入烤盘中,轻轻拍打烤箱底部,排出气泡。放入烤箱140度,浴水烤40至50分钟左右。取出放凉脱模,冷藏保存。
