  • 1.包心菜切丝,培根对半切,葱切碎,鱿鱼切小丁。
  • 2.取一大碗,倒入水,加入面粉和番薯粉搅拌均匀。
  • 3.倒入包心菜丝,搅拌均匀。
  • 4.加入葱碎,鱿鱼丁,和鸡蛋。
  • 5.搅拌均匀。
  • 6.取平底锅小火加热,倒入面糊,稍稍调整形状。
  • 7.将培根盖在饼上,煎3分钟左右。
  • 8.翻面,加盖,煎4分钟左右。
  • 9.开盖,翻面,再煎3分钟。
  • 10.在表面刷上大阪烧酱,也可以用那种甜咸的烧烤酱代替。出锅后挤上沙拉酱,撒上海苔碎和木鱼花即可。
