  • 白砂糖20g
  • 牛奶20-30g
  • 淡奶油125g
  • 鸡蛋2只

Steps to make 奶香南瓜派

  • 1.只做一个都可以只用一根香蕉,将香蕉碾碎。
  • 2.在香蕉泥里面加入:燕麦70克(一份量)、少量蜂蜜、少量饼干碎。
  • 3.压饼干碎。
  • 4.将材料混合后,平铺在烤盘里。烤箱180-200度5-10分钟。
  • 5.南瓜切块蒸熟。
  • 6.在南瓜泥里面加入,白糖20克、牛奶20-30克、淡奶油125克、鸡蛋两个,我做的两份,所以都是双倍的量!
  • 7.稍微搅拌一下。
  • 8.倒入搅拌机或者破壁机,会非常细滑,如果不想太细滑,想吃起来有南瓜纤维,可以手动搅拌。
  • 9.然后将打好的南瓜泥,铺进烤好的香蕉麦片底里面,烤箱170度,20-25分钟。
  • 10.烤好等到冷却就脱模。
  • 11.摆上你喜欢的水果。
  • 12.散点糖粉。
  • 13.可以吃啦。
