日式炸鸡块 唐揚げ

Steps to make 日式炸鸡块 唐揚げ

  • 1.需要材料、鸡腿肉 姜末 淀粉 俩大勺酱油 一勺半料酒 胡椒粉 盐 少许鸡精
  • 2.把肉切成四厘米左右的块状
  • 3.放入 姜末 酱油 料酒 胡椒粉 盐 鸡精 、用手抓捏 搅拌
  • 4.搅拌后 倒入保鲜盒里 或者拉上保鲜膜。放入冷藏数小时。
  • 5.把肉均匀沾满淀粉
  • 6.油要烧到170度左右!把木筷子放进去 油会冒泡泡 就差不多是这个温度了!鸡块炸三四分钟
  • 7.用吸油纸 吸去多余的油
  • 8.最后 放上自己喜欢的配菜沙拉 !摆盘 OK
