小时候,最爱吃苋菜了,小小年纪不懂事,每次看到苋菜的汤汁将白白的米饭染成好看的粉色,心里就能乐开花,长大了,玩面食,更是喜欢将苋菜当成天然的染色剂使用,希望自己不管何时,都能保持一颗浪漫的少女心。

《三生三世十里桃花》,最近真是火得不要不要的应应景,咱也来一个桃花包。
普通的面包加上一点点的小心思,就成了餐桌上绽放的花朵~
好吃又好看。

  • 苋菜汁60克
  • 15克
  • 酵母3克
  • 2克
  • 鸡蛋20克
  • 黄油15克
  • 紫薯馅一包

  • 1.所有的食材准备好
  • 2.苋菜清洗干净后放入开水里汆烫,取汁放凉备用
  • 3.所有的食材出黄油外全部放入面包桶,揉面20分钟后放入黄油,设置一个发面程序,面包机工作
  • 4.一个半小时后,面包发酵完毕
  • 5.将发酵好的面团取出,放在撒了面粉的案板上,排气
  • 6.将面团和馅料分别分成40克和15克一个的小剂子
  • 7.将小面剂子擀成圆形面片
  • 8.紫薯馅放在中间
  • 9.搓圆
  • 10.用刀片将面饼胚子分成六份
  • 11.每一份再分成三份,注意,这次割的两道口子尖端稍微往后一点。跟开始的六个割缝区别开来
  • 12.每三个捏在一起,稍微整理下,变成花瓣状
  • 13.将全部做好的面包胚放在烤盘里,每两个中间留出空间
  • 14.中间刷上蛋液
  • 15.将南瓜籽在中间摆成花心状
  • 16.放在温暖的地方,二发至两倍大
  • 17.将烤盘端入预热好的烤箱,180度烤12分钟后盖上锡纸,再烤5分钟
  • 18.取出,放凉后装入保鲜袋保存,防止风干。
