魔芋小炒
魔芋是公认的减肥食品,可以让人吃饱又达到减肥的效果。中国古代称其为“蒟蒻”,后来逐渐有了魔芋这个比较通俗的叫法。两千多年前的中国人民已经开始广泛栽培和食用魔芋了,后来,魔芋传到日本,深受日本深受所喜爱,几乎每户每餐必食之,直到现在也仍然是日本民间最受欢迎的风雅食品,而且日本厚生省还明确规定中小学生配餐中必须有魔芋食品。目前,日本已是世界上最大的魔芋食品消费国家,同时,魔芋也被联合国卫生组织确定为十大保健食品之一。

    Steps to make 魔芋小炒

    • 1.青豆洗净、白魔芋片洗净、红椒洗净切小块,蒜去皮。
    • 2.将白魔芋片,放入开水锅,煮5分钟,去味,凉开水过凉。
    • 3.将青豆煮2分钟去除豆腥气,沥去水份。
    • 4.锅烧热爆香蒜。
    • 5.先下魔芋块翻炒。
    • 6.接着下青豆,放醋,盐,糖炒匀后加半碗水煮3分钟。
    • 7.放红椒翻炒一下即关火。
